NIAS Login

A user logging into the public catalogue via the NIAS system has access to all functionalities, including saving searches and favorites.

The main difference is that only users logged in through NIAS can use e-Services (such as submitting requests for archival materials and digital copies) and register to reading rooms.

To use NIAS login, the user selects NIAS Login during the login process.

The NIAS system page opens, showing authentication options at level 2 (e.g., token/mToken) or level 3 (e.g., electronic ID). The user selects an appropriate credential and logs in.

If credentials are correct, the user is logged into the eArchive public catalogue and gains access to all available services.
